April 22, 2016

HQ's operations in the theatre of operations are based on deployable Command Posts (CPs). Therefore the Command and Control (C2) and associated CPs will be changing depending on the type of Mission (Corps, LCC, Multi-Corps LCC, JHQ). The HQ will normally use a Main CP, a Rear CP and a Rear Support Command (RSC). In addition, when the situation dictates will deploy smaller CPs to undertake a variety of roles, such as the Step-up, the Tactical and the Early Entry.
